The workshop has three objectives:

  • advance exchange among researchers and practitioners interested in evidence-based public health
  • promote dialogue on concepts and methods for evidence-based public health
  • learn about and advance methods for quality appraisal and intervention theory

The first day of the workshop will be dedicated to a general exchange on current developments in the field of evidence-based public health. The second day will focus on two specific methodological aspects of public health evidence synthesis: quality appraisal of individual studies and intervention theory.

We look forward to seeing you in Munich!
